 America is confused about the role of Elon Musk, the billionaire tech trend setter, his direct control over Governance without having any link with citizens other than from a distance, the freedom given  not only to terminate sevice of professionals irrespective of their position but to dismantle the government agencies itself.  It is interesting to note that evaluation or assessment is often done by parties that are impartial and proved their capacity to be professional. Elon Musk with his capacity to terminate an entire section of his staff without any explanation only to seek their service again has proved many times over assessment is not his forte, other than when it is for profit.
