 From being the Director or person in charge for D.O.G.E, Mr Elon Musk's role has shifted to being an informal Advisor to the US President Donald Trump. That is the explanation given by US President Donald Trump, Billionaire and Tech expert Mr.ElonMusk and others in the government. But there is a small issue with regard to this explanation. For according to relevant positive law with US Code under Title 5, regarding appointment of informal Advisor there is a provision made- "the arrangement is of a personal nature and the informal personal Advisor does not have to adhere to ethics requirement which formal or even temporary advisors adhere too. At the same time , if the informal advisor assumes a more formal role in course of time, then the person should be evaluated as a regular employee or SGE. According to the US Code if the advisor has deviated from the role of an informal advisor by undertaking official tasks such as chairing meetings on a particular issue or coordinating ...

 Mr. President US Donald Trump, you govern a nation that spends annually around 916 billion dollars on Military Industry sector, the next competitor to US is China with an annual expenditure of 296 billion USD, but you can't take such power to be a  license for a free ride over rights of others across the globe. It can't be so dense to you, that your strategy of inflecting shock-chaos-confusion for achieving specific goals, overrides sovereignty and rights of others and makes US the greatest terror state of all. It is sad to see that US Presidential Executive Order, a system put in place to manage Intelligence Agencies and others in US is being used as tool of Terror.  United States is digging it's pit when Presidential Executive Orders take over judiciary and legislature, or pretend to do so. Armed with Presidential Executive Orders, Mr.Elon Musk and the US President have been very vocal how they are out to shut down many government agencies as the agencies are indulging in fraud. While the manner in which American democracy has to be safeguarded from delusional realities of personalities is for the American citizens and judiciary to decide, I have something to say about evaluation, something generic applicable in any context. I would like to hold a mirror to the claims made by Mr.Elon Musk with regard to evaluation through DOGE initiative because it is absent of ethics and logic. There is need for some form of conceptual based to carry out assessment or evaluation of such large program, often this is part of even assesment of small projects and it can't be wished away.  America is confused about the role of Elon Musk, the billionaire tech trend setter, his direct control over Governance without having any link with citizens other than from a distance, the freedom given  not only to terminate sevice of professionals irrespective of their position but to dismantle the government agencies itself.  It is interesting to note that evaluation or assessment is often done by parties that are impartial and proved their capacity to be professional. Elon Musk with his capacity to terminate an entire section of his staff without any explanation only to seek their service again has proved many times over assessment is not his forte, other than when it is for profit. It beats any logic as to why Government agencies and their national secure data need to be shared with a person who does not consider the human rights of professionals as worthy of consideration.
